If something isn't right, tell us quickly and we'll make it right.
Damaged or not what you ordered
Check the bike when it arrives. If it was damaged in transit or it is not the model or colour you ordered, you can refuse it on the spot, or tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace it at our cost or refund you in full — your choice.
Changed your mind
A motorcycle that has not been ridden, registered or fuelled, with its factory plastic and all papers, can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return transport is paid by the customer. A bike that has been registered or ridden cannot be returned as unused.
Faults after use
Faults that appear after use are handled under our warranty — repair or replacement of the faulty part.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back by bank transfer within 7 working days. Crypto payments are refunded in the same stablecoin to the sending wallet, at the amount originally paid.
