Warranty on factory faults
A new bike should not break because of how it was made. If it does, we fix it. How long the warranty lasts depends on the brand and model — the period is shown on the bike's page and on your order.
How long is my warranty?
- Look at the bike's page: the warranty period is shown next to the price and in the specifications.
- The same period is on your order page. It starts on the delivery date.
- Not sure? Ask us before you order — we confirm it in writing on your order.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects — for example in the engine, gearbox, clutch or electrics.
- Repair or replacement of the faulty part.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear parts: tyres, tubes, brake pads and shoes, chain and sprockets, clutch plates, bulbs, spark plugs, filters and oil.
- Damage from accidents, falls, overloading, racing, flood water or wrong fuel.
- Faults caused by missed servicing, running without oil, or repairs and modifications by other people.
How to make a claim
- Message us with your order number, a short description and, if you can, a video of the problem.
- We check the problem with you and tell you the next step.
- If it is a factory fault, we repair or replace the faulty part.
Service & spare parts
Most of our bikes are popular models, so parts and mechanics who know them are easy to find. Follow the service schedule in your owner's manual and change the oil on time — see our maintenance guide. Need a genuine part? Ask us and we will help you get one.
